Precision cutting edges induction hardened, cutting edge hardness (approx. 60 HRC). Suitable for metric wire 0.5 to 0.74 and 1.5 to 2.5 mm2. Precision stripping holes and crimping die for ferrules (end sleeves). Cutting capacity – up to 3/32″ for medium hard wire and up to 1/16″ for hard wire. Vanadium steel; forged, multi-stage oil-hardened.
